7. E-Commerce

If you engage in e-commerce activities on our platform:

7.2. Transactions: InitiatoSwift is not responsible for transactions conducted on our platform. Users engage in transactions at their own risk.

7.3. Payment Provider:

Payment processing for e-commerce transactions is facilitated through Wix Payment. Users are subject to Wix Payment's terms and conditions. You acknowledge and agree that Wix Payments (if available in your country) will be your default payment provider.

 

The Wix Payments account shall be governed by the Wix Payments Terms of Service, which are hereby incorporated by reference. Please read these terms of use service prior to publishing your site and accepting payments.

 

In addition, subject to territorial restrictions, you may accept payments with Apple Pay. By using Apple Pay, you accept and agree to the Apple Pay Platform Web Merchant Terms and Conditions.

 

The processing of payments by other Payment Providers shall be governed by such Payment Provider’s terms of service. We are neither a party to nor are responsible in any way for your relationship with any such Payment Providers, or for the actions of any of these Payment Providers.

8. Misconducts

InitiatoSwift reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in the event of user misconduct, including but not limited to abusive behavior, violation of these terms, or engaging in illegal activities.

9. Copyrights

9.1. Intellectual Property: All content and materials provided by InitiatoSwift, including designs, code, and documentation, remain the intellectual property of InitiatoSwift unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

9.2. User Content: By submitting content to InitiatoSwift, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content in connection with our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13. Google AdSense Integration Clause

​

By availing of Initiatoswift's free landing page service, you agree to grant Initiatoswift the permission to incorporate Google AdSense advertisements into your landing page. These advertisements may be displayed in accordance with Google AdSense policies and guidelines. Initiatoswift reserves the right to manage the placement, appearance, and content of these advertisements at its discretion. You acknowledge that revenue generated from these advertisements may be used to support Initiatoswift's operations and services. Initiatoswift shall not be held liable for any issues arising from the inclusion of Google AdSense on your landing page, and you agree to indemnify and hold Initiatoswift harmless against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from such inclusion.
